For each electric and natural gas account, TLS Energy, LLC. can determine if the account is on the utility rate /rate option that yields the lowest unit cost for energy. Unfortunately, most utilities no longer offer Most Advantageous Rate Reviews as a free service to their industrial and commercial customers.

Our analysts can review a historical snapshot of electric and gas invoices to determine if you have been metered and billed correctly by your utility. The advent of Customer Choice, the implementation of Automated Meter Reading (AMR) systems and the migration to new customer information/billing platforms by utilities has increased the frequency of utility errors. In addition, we will review your existing and prior energy supply contracts for potential contract violations or inappropriate application of utility tariffs. We will correct any errors for future billings and fight for refunds of overcharges for prior billing periods
